Data controller

The processing described in this notice is carried out by the Monolith community, an informal group not registered as a legal entity. For any privacy-related request, write to info@mnlth.it.

Data we process

The mnlth.it website has no contact forms, newsletter sign-up, or user accounts: we do not directly collect personal data through this site.

Our hosting provider (Hostinger) may automatically log minimal technical data (e.g. IP address, user agent, date and time of the request) for security and service-operation purposes. This processing is based on the controller’s legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and running (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Data read from Supabase

Some pages (e.g. “Events”) show public results of community events, read in read-only mode from a Supabase database (project hosted in the EU, eu-west-1, Ireland). We do not write or collect any personal data of the visitor through this integration: the data shown is already public and relates to the community, not to the individual visitor.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site only uses local-storage technologies that are strictly necessary for it to function (no consent required for these). See the Cookie Policy for full details.

Transfers of data outside the EU

The Supabase database used for public content is hosted in the European Union (Ireland) and does not involve any transfer outside the EU. The location of our hosting provider’s (Hostinger) servers is currently being verified: should it involve a transfer of data outside the European Economic Area, this notice will be updated with the safeguards required by Articles 44-49 GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

Retention period

Any technical data in hosting logs is kept for the minimum time required under the hosting provider’s default settings, and in any case no longer than necessary for the security purposes described above.

Your rights

As a data subject, you may request at any time: access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability (Articles 15-21 GDPR). You can exercise these rights by writing to info@mnlth.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) if you believe the processing violates applicable law.

Minimum age

The services described in this notice are intended for people aged 16 or older.

mnlth-hub and other connected services

Monolith also runs a companion app, mnlth-hub, currently in development, which will include additional features such as sign-in via Discord account and community profiles. mnlth-hub is a distinct service from this website and will have its own dedicated privacy notice, to be published and linked here once the service is publicly available.

This notice may be updated over time, for example when new tools or services are introduced. The “last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent version.
